No. The GeForce GTX 1650 is below Eldegarde's minimum spec (GeForce GTX 1660 Super). Our model still estimates ~30 fps at 1080p low (range 24–35, medium confidence, ±20%), but cards below the minimum may not be supported. The cheapest current card for 60 fps at 1080p high is the GeForce RTX 3070 (~60 fps). Every preset on the GTX 1650.
