No. The GeForce GTX 1650 is below Rust's minimum spec (Radeon RX 470). The cheapest current card for 60 fps at 1080p high is the GeForce RTX 3060 12GB (~60 fps). Every preset on the GTX 1650.

No. Valve rates Rust Unsupported on Steam Deck: some or all of it doesn't work on the device, so our estimate only matters if that changes.
